Sally Ball, after gaining a business degree and a marketing diploma from The Institute of Marketing, started her marketing career in the 5 star hotel market. She went to work for a number of prestige Park Lane properties and was then appointed as the sales and marketing director to relaunch The Dorchester, after its multi million pound refurbishment. She worked with digital, design, print and PR agencies as well as with great designers and artists such as Peter Blake on the creatives. She has organised events internationally with corporate marketing partners and headed the European Sales and Marketing Council.

She co-founded the charity Art for Cure - planned and executed two hugely successful shows generating in excess of £500,000 from the sale of art and sculpture to help with patient care and cure of breast cancer.

Sculpt was founded in 2012 and has gone on to represent and help develop the profile of artists, sculptors and designers, as well as advising galleries, charities, corporates and festivals. Working with a great team of creatives in London and Suffolk, Sally manages the organisation of the arts led events including Mayfair art shows, poetry and drama performances, exhibitions, RHS Chelsea Flowers Show gardens and West End theatre openings.
